What weekly pool maintenance includes.

Clean Pool's weekly pool maintenance covers what a villa pool needs to stay clear in the UAE climate: skimming, brushing the walls and tiles, vacuuming, emptying the baskets, checking the filter, and testing and balancing the water. A visit takes about 45 minutes. It costs AED 800 a month for weekly visits from November to April, and AED 1,250 a month for two visits a week from May to October.
On every visit
- Skim leaves, insects and sand off the surface
- Brush the walls, steps and waterline tiles
- Vacuum the floor, or vacuum to waste after a storm
- Empty the skimmer and pump baskets
- Check filter pressure and backwash when it's high
- Test pH, free chlorine, alkalinity and stabiliser
- Dose chemicals to bring every reading into range

Heat and strong sun burn off chlorine within hours in summer, and warm water lets algae grow within days. Two visits a week keeps chlorine in range between visits. Temperatures are long-term averages for Dubai from the Met Office and CRU.

What is included in pool maintenance?
Skimming, brushing walls and tiles, vacuuming, emptying the skimmer and pump baskets, checking and backwashing the filter, testing and balancing the water, and a WhatsApp report with photos. Standard chemicals are included.
How often does a pool need maintenance in Dubai?
Twice a week from May to October, when daytime highs stay above 35 °C, and once a week from November to April.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Plans are monthly with no sign-up fee and no lock-in, and you can switch between weekly and summer visits whenever the weather changes.
Which chemicals are included?
Chlorine, pH adjusters and alkalinity increaser are included on every plan. Stabiliser, shock treatment for green pools and salt for salt-water pools are quoted separately.
Do you maintain salt-water pools?
Yes. We test and balance salt-water pools the same way, check the salt cell for scale on each visit, and quote salt top-ups separately.
